Masterpiece 2008
Here is the gingerbread house Jessica and I worked on (late into the night) for the Gingerbread House Festival sponsored by the PTA. We think it turned out pretty good.
It's really easy, just 3 T powdered egg whites, (find it in the baking isle) 4 C powdered sugar, 1/2 c water. Add more or less water depending on how thick you need it.

I think that looks great! Could you post your frosting recipe? Is it easy to work with/is it edible?

How fun! That is a great house. What a fun tradition you guys have.
The walls look like rocks, did you use rock candy?
I'm looking forward to doing some sugar cookies when you all get here and delivering them.
We need to think of a fun song to sing when we go delivering.
It's beautiful! Great job! BTW, I've never heard of powdered egg whites, so just the fact that you know what they are impresses me. :)
Ha, Annie that was funny.
Wow, that looks really nice. Veronica and I do a gingerbread house every year just for fun, and I have to say, I'm terrible at it.
I love it Tiff. That looks realy nice .
