This is a first for me. After three years of parade organizing, this is the first entry that has said kind things to me. It made me cry.

That is so great... we all need to take an extra second to give more sincere thank you's. How great, I'm sure that'll give you a boost as you forge through the finish line!
When I was flying they used to say that one "orchid" letter was the same as 100 nasty complaint letters because people were much more likely to complain.
Consider yourself complemented by the whole parade! You deserve it!
What a great compliment, and very well deserved... only one week left! (I really DON'T have to do pooper scooper duty, right?)
